We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Shenandoah Crossing Resort in Gordonsville, VA. This beautiful resort offers a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and relaxation, with spacious accommodations and stunning natural surroundings. In this role, you will oversee housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, common areas, and back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the property.

• Supervise Suite and Laundry attendants.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for the team.
• Conduct yearly performance reviews and ratings for team members.
• Ensure guest requests are met in a timely manner.
• Communicate maintenance needs with Maintenance and Front Desk; determine room availability.
• Perform daily quality checks of rooms.
• Keep Front Desk agents updated on room status.
• Order supplies for housekeeping and laundry, as well as room amenities, and maintain the checkbook.
• Conduct monthly linen inventory and ensure par levels are met.
• Roll out new standards.
• Develop SOPs for best practices.
• Ensure all public areas of the resort are clean and well‑kept.
• Build housekeeping schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leader.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient English, both verbal and written, to communicate with guests, owners, and co‑workers, and to comprehend job assignments.
• Ability to lift or carry, push or pull items more than 25 lbs.

• BA, BS, or bachelor’s degree.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.

Our Housekeeping Department operates seven days per week. The Supervisor may work varying days from 12 pm to 8:30 pm, including weekends.
