** Job Description**:
To ensure the function rooms are set according to guest expectation and Omni Standards. To set up, tear down, and clean all spaces associated with banquets and conventions.

• Ensure Function Rooms are cleaned Prior to Set‑up.
• Set equipment to Daily Work Sheet specifications. Be able to follow instructions on Banquet Event Orders.
• Provide required amenities, as dictated by Banquet Department Standards / Follow umum Standard Operating Procedures.
• Refresh meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks.
• Break down meeting rooms as soon as possible after end of function.
• Complete Special Projects as directed by department management.
• Attend Banquet event order meetings and Pre‑convention meetings.
• Move convention material boxes, programs, etc. from hotel receiving docks, registration areas, sleeping rooms, or suites.
• Caring for the equipment.
• Accommodate special customer needs, hanging banners Bem? for meetings and food/beverage functions.

• Coffee maker/urn, toaster, microwave, beverage machines, bus trays, dishware, silverware, glassware, queen‑mary cart, telephone, pen/pencil

• Interior & exterior (Casino Lawn, Driving Range, Mt. Vernon Lawn) of hotel, in the restaurant, lounge and kitchen areas, with exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to food items and beverages.

• Previous banquet and event set‑up experience, preferred.
• Previous hospitality/customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co‑workers, both in person and by radio.
• Ability to work cohesively with co‑workers both within and outside of your department.
• Ability to think clearly, quickly والمتّ and make concise decisions.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up Rays? fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 poundsesha? without assistance.

* Thisumnicipant position is a full‑time, on‑site position with no work from home flexibility.
