Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy to design, deploy, and continuously evolve enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies. This role will lead a global TA team, partner closely with business leaders, and drive innovative recruiting solutions aligned with organizational goals. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and TA technology, with experience managing diverse markets across North and South America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Lead internal TA team and provide guidance to external staffing partners.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Workforce Planning to anticipate future talent needs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management to align TA strategies with succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership development.
  • Own and execute global employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Design and manage proactive talent pipelines, including early career, diversity, and niche talent programs.
  • Optimize program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners to identify and implement TA technology solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new TA strategies.
Analysis & Controls
  • Manage recruitment budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, vendor performance, and candidate pipelines to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Define dashboards and reports to support governance and decision-making.
  • Conduct global market research to identify talent trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Benchmark competitor practices to inform strategy and recruitment programs.
  • Lead and develop a global TA team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Align team goals with enterprise TA strategy and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related field.
  • Global experience working with North and South American teams.
  • Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally (South America ~1x per year).
  • Bilingual preferred (Portuguese ideal; Spanish acceptable).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices.
