Custom Tool & Machine, a Roanoke, Virginia precision manufacturer, is seeking a CNC operator with Swiss experience. This first-shift role offers flexible start times between 5:30 and 8:00 a.m. and a path toward advanced Swiss setup or programming.
You will operate Swiss CNC lathes, load bar stock, inspect parts with micrometers and calipers, and maintain part tolerances. Direct Swiss experience is a plus, but candidates with general CNC lathe background who are willing to learn are welcome.
