The Cardiac Cath Lab RN operates in a fast-paced, procedure-driven setting that blends critical care nursing with advanced interventional cardiology support
. You will work closely with physicians, technologists, and fellow nurses in a highly coordinated environment where efficiency and clinical excellence are essential.

• Circulate and monitor during procedures including interventional cardiology cases, structural heart interventions, and emergent STEMI activations
• Manage patients with ICU-level acuity, requiring continuous monitoring and rapid response
• Work within a 4-person team model (2 RNs and 2 Techs) to ensure safe and seamless procedural flow
• Anticipate physician needs and support complex procedural workflows
• Handle specialized equipment and maintain procedural readiness
• Complete detailed documentation to support continuity and quality of care
• Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to urgent cardiac cases after hours
