Southern Landscape Group in Central Virginia is seeking an experienced Hardscape Team Leader to guide a crew in installing pavers, retaining walls, water features, lighting, and related sitework while coordinating subcontractors.
You will read plans, plan daily tasks, operate equipment, train two or more team members, and ensure work is done on schedule and to quality standards with a focus on safety.
This is an hourly wage, full-time role with opportunities to advance within a growing firm.
