About the Role:
Join our frontline IT support team as a Senior Help Desk Specialist, where you’ll keep critical Navy systems running smoothly and users mission-ready. You’ll lead a dedicated support staff and make a direct impact every day by solving real-time technical challenges.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Tier I–III help desk operations and staff performance. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using Service Now or BMC Remedy. Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance. Provide training, escalation support, and clear communication across user groups.
What You’ll Bring :
Six years of help desk experience within DoD or federal environments. IAT Level III certification required. Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset. Proficiency with common support tools and ITSM systems. A calm, professional approach under pressure.
