Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the Service Now framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms
  • Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain to include leading proofs of concept for new
  • Build integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, to include working with Service Now support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues; work with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are integrated with other systems and processes
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Service Now solutions (IRM, Sec Ops, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM and more)
Qualifications
  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Service Now including extensive experience in two or more Service Now modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM and more)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred;
    Service Now CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs required and CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred
  • Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on Service Now from a developer or administrator perspective, inclusive of the challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support
  • Strong understanding of practical application of Service Now as it relates to industry solutions, as well as an understanding of the interconnectedness between modules and core data
  • Proven familiarity with Service Now and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
