Mandatory
Skills:
Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading teams to produce complex system, infrastructure, software, data and security architecture artifacts
Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading complex information systems through the Sponsors Partners security accreditation process.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience translating complex technical terminology, concepts and issues in terms understandable to technical and non-technical staff and management at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or other relevant technical discipline or a minimum of 1 O years of progressive equivalent and proven technical experience.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience or knowledge of current information technology, including JAVA, AWS (Cloud), REST/HTTPS, controlled interface, SSL/TLS, firewalls, switches, virtual hosting such as VMware, etc Demonstrated on-the-job experience with project management.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with working in a team environment with no supervision
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with briefing and writing skills
Demonstrated on-the-job experience resolving problems in a professional manner, leading working groups, negotiating and creating consensus
Desired
Demonstrated on-the-job experience or knowledge of Sponsors cross domain systems such as OASIS, GLIDE, transl
T, etc Demonstrated on-the-job experience with cross domain products such as Everfox High Speed Guard, file filtering technologies like Glasswall and Purifile used in the Sponsors Next Gen Cross Domain System, transl
TDemonstrated on-the-job experience with application development and/or software engineering experience in developing and maintaining web-based applications.
Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading dynamic teams using rapid prototyping and/or agile development methodologies
Demonstrated on-the-job experience or knowledge of Sponsors technical and information security standards and procedures including supporting and briefing IPC
