Job SummaryWe are seeking an analytical and strategic Google PPC Ads Lead to build, manage, and optimize our clients’ paid search campaigns. As our in-house PPC expert, you will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and keyword research to ad creation, budget management, and reporting. This is a hands-on-keyboard role for someone who loves data and gets excited about conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, and Remarketing) for multiple clients.
- Strategy & Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by managing bids, refining ad copy, A/B testing landing pages, and improving Quality Scores.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and negative keyword analysis to ensure ads are shown to the most relevant audiences.
- Budgeting: Manage client monthly ad budgets effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and achieve client goals.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Reporting: Analyze campaign data and create clear, insightful monthly performance reports for clients, providing actionable recommendations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
- Google Ads Certification (Search, at minimum) is required.
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering measurable results (CPA, ROAS).
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, ad auction mechanics, and audience targeting.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
