Program Analyst; RR

HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an Program Analyst to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

• Provide Configuration Management support to the government customer.
• Organize, attend track Configuration Control Boards. Enter adjurations and update applicable workflows.
• Generate and deliver project reports, plans, presentations, meeting minutes, and program status updates or highlights.
• Generate, update and maintain project tasks, action items, deliverables, models, processes, procedures, and other data products in designated Government cloud-based tools in support of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or Working Groups (WGs) objectives. This includes follow up with personnel for status, issues, and estimated completion dates to maintain project operations.
• Coordinate schedules for working meetings, document and disperse meeting minutes, and update planning documentation to align with project direction and decisions.
• Organize and maintain team shared data repositories, digital models, documentation, and configuration of other data products hosted on designated Government cloud-based databases that supports project tasks and review events.
• Create and deliver digital media as required for delivery.
• Provide contract support though organization and destruction of property when necessary.
• Track actions to completion through use of Microsoft SharePoint, or Excel.
• Triage large number of communications daily and discern actions to be taken.

• 4 years business operations experience or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or another Scientific/Technical field and 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience with engineering processes is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, and/or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with DoD engineering programs is highly desired.
• Active DoD Security Clearance is highly preferred.
