RESPONSBILITIES

Deploys, operates, and maintains web services within Sponsor platform hosting or cloud environments. Infrastructure system administration support by monitoring application usage and vulnerability patching.

Required Skills And Demonstrated Experience

• Experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/CentOS server environments
• Experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, and DNAC
• Familiarity with Apple iOS
• Professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures (AWS EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53) in a Tier 3 support environment
• Experience developing and implementing system upgrades
• Ability to identify technical risks and define risk mitigation strategies
• Hands-on experience providing Operations & Maintenance and Tier 1–3 support
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Experience creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Experience using Agile management methods (Kanban, Scrum)
• Experience with wireless networking
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk, and Meraki
• Experience working in Dev Sec Ops  environments (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Formation)
• Proficiency using CLIs across Windows, AWS, Linux, and Cisco environments
• Experience moving systems through the Accreditation & Authorization (A&A) process and ensuring compliance
• Ability to gather evidence for A&A, including POA&Ms
• Experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System
• Background in Database engineering, development, and administration

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Linux, Security+) highly desirable
