This hands‑on operational position is responsible for keeping data center systems, inventory, and hardware processes running smoothly. The technician monitors systems for errors, handles incoming and outgoing equipment, manages inventory accuracy, performs compliance audits, and follows strict procedures for data‑bearing device destruction.

• Perform physical inventory tracking, staging, and cycle audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including purchase order receiving and material movement activities.
• Assist with data destruction procedures for data‑bearing devices following established protocols.
• Monitor data center systems for equipment failure or errors, responding promptly to resolve issues.
• Support inventory management and regulatory compliance activities within the data center environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or related fields within an IT environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Previous experience working in a data center environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow detailed procedures.
