About the RoleMeshy is growing fast—and so is our need for top‑tier technical talent. We’re looking for a skilled and resourceful Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience to help us scale our world‑class research and engineering teams across North America. As a Technical Recruiter at Meshy, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional candidates in AI, machine learning, and software engineering.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build strategic sourcing plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to offer stage. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a fast‑growing AI startup by hiring the minds behind our core products.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering & research).
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage top talent across APAC.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in‑house or agency), preferably hiring for engineering and research roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and the ability to speak credibly with technical candidates.
- Experience in talent mapping and competitor intelligence.
- Leverage innovative sourcing methods across both conventional and unconventional channels.
- Build targeted outreach strategies and write high‑conversion messages tailored to passive technical talent.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience hiring for startups, especially in AI or deep tech industries.
- Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruiting analytics platforms.
- Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
