The position is responsible for designing and implementing strategic data initiatives across the Airports Authority, including business intelligence, advanced analytics solutions, enterprise data warehousing and metadata management. The candidate must have mandatory hands‑on experience with Qlik Sense Cloud, AutoML platform, and building and deploying predictive models. Additional responsibilities include developing and delivering predictive, prescriptive, and proactive insights through modern BI and AI technologies.

• BI Development & Visualization:
  Build and optimize Qlik Sense Cloud dashboards and applications for advanced analytics and self‑service BI.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and storytelling to support decision‑making.
• Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning:
  Perform data mining, feature engineering, and preprocessing of structured/unstructured data.
• Develop and deploy predictive models, prescriptive analytics, and proactive insights using AutoML platforms and ML frameworks (e.g., Qlik AutoML, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, H2O.ai).
• Deliver end‑to‑end ML projects: data aggregation, exploration, model building, validation, deployment, and monitoring for concept drifting and retraining.
• Innovation & AI Integration:
  Research and implement novel ML approaches leveraging AI services, ML platforms, and cloud analytics tools.
• Apply descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to solve complex business problems.
• Enterprise Data Architecture & Governance:
  Design and implement strategic data initiatives, including Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data marts.
• Develop and maintain enterprise conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Data Integration & ETL Management:
  Administer and monitor automated and manual data integration and ETL workflows to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop ETL processes for diverse sources (Relational DBs, APIs, flat files) into operational data stores and dimensional warehouses using near real‑time loads and Change Data Capture.
• Collaboration & Standards:
  Provide technical guidance on data management, BI design, and analytics strategy to cross‑functional teams; establish and enforce standards for data warehouse administration, BI development, and analytics governance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Business Intelligence (BI) development, data warehousing, and data integration, including data modeling and ETL development.
• Mandatory hands‑on experience with Qlik Sense Cloud for BI development and visualization.
• Qlik AutoML tools for automated machine learning workflows.
• Building and deploying ML models (including deep learning models) as part of end‑to‑end analytics projects.
• Expertise in corporate data architecture programs, including enterprise conceptual/logical data modeling, data policies, standards, compliance monitoring, metadata mapping, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, Redshift, MySQL, Snowflake, SQL Server, and data warehouse solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; familiarity with Hive, Pig, and optionally Scala, Java, or C++.
• Solid applied statistical skills (tests, distributions, regression, estimators) and a strong foundation in Machine Learning (k‑NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests).
• Good understanding of Multi-variable Calculus and Linear Algebra for algorithm optimization.
