Job Description:
Complete Data Solutions (CDS) is seeking a Data Analyst with a Data Science focus who bridges traditional analysis with predictive modeling, focusing on transforming complex data into actionable insights, building statistical/ML models, creating visualizations, and ensuring data quality while collaborating with business stakeholders to drive strategy, requiring skills in SQL, Python/R, statistics, and tools like Tableau/Power BI. This role goes beyond descriptive reporting, involving predictive analytics, hypothesis testing, and sometimes big data tools (Spark, Hadoop), to solve complex problems and forecast outcomes for operational and intelligence outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Collection & Preparation:
Gather, clean, and preprocess data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):
Uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical methods.
• Predictive Modeling:
Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and forecasting techniques.
• Data Visualization & Reporting:
Create dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and reports to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration:
Partner with adjacent teams (Data Management, Operations, Intelligence Analysts) to define needs, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.
• Data Quality:
Implement and monitor data quality controls and data governance processes. Essential

• Technical
Skills:
SQL, Python/R (for modeling), statistical software, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Data Science:
Statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, machine learning concepts.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail.
• Communication:
Ability to explain complex findings clearly.

Bachelor's/Master's in a related field

Required Current Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Clearance:
