• Install and configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Maintain compliance with DoD Security Technical Configuration Guides (STIGS).
• Monitor network performance.
• Respond to trouble calls, isolate, and correct performance issues.
• Maintain network drawings.
• Maintain training and certification for currently deployed technologies.

• This position includes a low level of travel.

• Bachelor’s degree within the last five years in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a similar degree from an ABET-accredited or NCAE-designated institution.

  • NEC T02A AN/BYG-1 (V) TI04 Combat Control Maintenance Technician
  • NEC T04A SSGN Tactical Tomahawk Weapon System (TTWCS) Maintenance Technician
• One of the following certifications

• Maintain Cyber Work Force requirements of 20 Continuing Education Units (CEU) per year, or as required by certifications, whichever is greater.

• Active DoD Secret security clearance is highly desired; candidates who can obtain and maintain a clearance will be considered. If the selected candidate does not hold an active clearance, a contingent offer will be made upon interim clearance issuance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from various work locations on base.
• Must maintain the capability to communicate with their supervisor and/or manager when not in the office.

• Ability to frequently traverse stairs.
• Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling.
• Reaching, handling, using equipment, keyboards, and mobile devices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
