Systems Specialist- JIRA Confluence Expert

The Systems Specialist- JIRA Confluence Expert will perform administrative tasks such as managing printouts, filing paperwork, creation and editing of business documentation. Demonstrated experience performing basic IT functions such as basic user account creation, password resets, file permissions changes, user assistance, file transfers, monitoring backups, handling IT hardware.

• A minimum of one (1) year experience working with enterprise information technology and computing systems.
• Ability to work on assigned tasks independently under general supervision.
• Information Assurance Technicians (IAT) Level 2 certification; this includes both an Information Assurance (IA) certification and a Windows Operating System (OS) certification.
• Active Secret security clearance.

The anticipated salary for this position is $72,000 to $78,000.
