• Tagging every asset in Dynatrace with an owner
• Automating more of our incident detection, routing, and response
• Reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents

• Dynatrace SaaS Administration
• Dynatrace One Agent Deployment & Management
• Dynatrace Tagging & Management Zones
• Dynatrace Workflows & Automation
• Dynatrace APIs
• Alert Configuration & Event Management
• ITSM Integration (Service Now, Fresh service, Jira)
• CMDB and Asset Management Integration
• Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Kubernetes / Open Shift Monitoring
• Scripting:
  Power Shell, Python, Bash
• REST APIs and JSON
• 6-10+ years in Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability.
• 4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace administration experience.
• Proven experience implementing tagging governance and ownership-based monitoring.
• Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and enterprise support experience
