Role Overview The Technical Support Tech I provides essential assistance to end users by addressing a variety of technical issues. This position requires identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems in a professional manner. The selected candidate will respond to telephone calls, email, and personal requests for technical support while documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities Respond to telephone calls, email correspondence, and walk-in requests for technical assistance.

Identify, research, and resolve technical problems for end users.

Document, track, and monitor technical issues within the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.

Perform troubleshooting tasks utilizing pre-established guidelines and instructions.

Work under immediate supervision to maintain service level agreements.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Education:

An associate degree in a related technical area or equivalent vocational training is preferred.

Experience:

Zero to three years of experience in technical support, help desk services, or a related field.

Technical

Skills:

Knowledge of commonly used technology support concepts, practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
