Low-Code and No-Code Solution Engineer, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a Low-Code/No-Code Solution Engineer, you’ll help government and commercial clients modernize mission and business operations through cloud-based platforms, workflow automation, and digital transformation solutions. You’ll work with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, build automations, and support enterprise application deployments. Using platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Service Now, Appian, and other low-code technologies, you’ll translate complex business needs into sustainable, user-focused solutions while helping organizations improve efficiency, security, and data visibility.

You’ll collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.

What You’ll Work On:

Analyze business processes and translate requirements into low-code/no-code solutions.
Design and implement workflow automations, approvals, routing logic, notifications, and business processes.
Configure enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Power Platform, Service Now, Appian, or similar technologies.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics capabilities that improve operational decision-making.
Support user onboarding, access management, permissions, and security administration.
Create and maintain validation rules, business rules, and governance controls to improve data quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, user story refinement, testing, and release activities.
Support production operations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Coordinate deployments and environment management activities across development, testing, and production environments.
Document solution designs, technical configurations, user procedures, and operational support materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

You Have:

2+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise software solutions.
Experience configuring low-code/no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Service Now, or Appian.
Experience building workflow automations and business process solutions.
Experience working with security models, user provisioning, roles, permissions, or access controls.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Experience supporting testing, deployment, and release activities.
Ability to gather and document business requirements.
TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree.

Experience supporting insurance, financial services, federal government, or highly regulated environments.
Experience with user access governance, security configuration, and compliance-oriented environments.
Experience with workflow automation frameworks and business process optimization.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Dev Sec Ops practices.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and Developer II Certification.
Salesforce Omni Studio Developer or Consultant Certification.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification.
