Associate Attorney, Litigation

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm that specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and is seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in Virginia.

Responsibilities include drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, handling consumer protection matters, and managing a heavy workload in both transactional and civil litigation contexts.

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in VIRGINIA (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS) & MUST reside in the state of Virginia!!
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation
• Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization
• Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus

• $90,000 - $105,000 base salary (DOE)
