Commercial Driver – Full Time
Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
- Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
- Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
- Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers and load/unload parts accurately per route schedules.
- Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
- Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
- Process customer payments
