Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of commercial, industrial, and government masonry projects from planning through closeout.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring goals are met with excellence in quality, safety, and schedule.
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to align project resources.
  • Review contracts, budgets, schedules, and scopes of work for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor financial performance of projects, including cost tracking and reporting.
  • Mentor and coach project managers, foremen, and field staff to support professional growth.
  • Contribute to executive-level decision-making and long-term company vision.
  • This role offers the potential for significant long-term growth, including opportunities to expand responsibilities into broader organizational leadership and, depending on company direction, potential consideration for future ownership or executive-level involvement
Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in project management within concrete/masonry construction or related industries.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage teams, budgets, and complex schedules.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance big-picture vision with attention to detail.
  • Experience working on prevailing wage projects a plus.
  • No formal education requirement - extensive industry experience will be considered.
  • Weekly pay cycle.

Schedule
  • Full-Time:
