AboutThe Role
As a deputy manager in one of our flagship stores you will help lead one of our biggest businesses to deliver a great customer and patient experience.
Reporting to the General Manager and with a leadership team in your store to support you, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.
You’ll be responsible for the performance and development of your team, which you will deliver through regular coaching and reviews.
What You’ll Need To Have- Experience leading managers who lead teams within a retail environment
- Experience working within community pharmacy.
