Key Responsibilities
  • Knows and follows all safety policies and procedures. Ensures that co‑workers are also following safety rules.
  • Commitment, awareness and involvement pertaining to ISO (policy, standards, procedures, etc.) are requirements of all employees.
  • Performs Pre‑Use inspections on all lift trucks prior to first use each shift.
  • Safely operates forklift with all attachments – fork, turn‑a‑fork, clamp & probe.
  • Handles product with care to avoid damage to material or storage racks.
  • Verifies product packaging and labeling; collaborates with shift supervisor to correct discrepancies.
  • Keeps warehouse organized by moving products to assigned areas or reassigning areas as needed.
  • Coordinates transportation of finished goods, WIP materials, packaging, and supplies between machine centers and warehouse.
  • Assists with wrapping of materials off machines as needed.
  • Implements and sustains 5S within the warehouse.
  • Monitors lift drivers to ensure safety and organization of materials.
  • Utilizes computer systems to track inventory, update material movement logs, and generate basic reports.
  • Operates warehouse management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support daily operations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • At least one year of previous forklift experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Basic computer proficiency required, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software is a plus.
Drug Testing

This position is subject to both pre‑employment and post‑employment (random) drug testing. Additionally, we will conduct drug and alcohol testing in cases of reasonable suspicion and post‑accident as deemed necessary.
