Job SummaryIn this position you will be responsible for ensuring that Autonomous Maintenance methods and standards are followed and advanced. Coaching production staff to continuously improve work methods and results through our World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
The position is based in Louisa, Virginia.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
As an Autonomous Maintenance Lead you will:
- Participate and/or lead in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) / Continuous improvement related activities.
- Collaborate with the preventive maintenance team to investigate and resolve production losses.
- Drive for the results of key performance indicators (KPIs) with proper follow up and taking prompt action to solve problems.
- Reinforce and ensure compliance with company rules and policies; as well as the standards of safety, product quality, service level and maintenance of the production process.
- Act as an ambassador of change culture to a “zero loss mindset”.
- Improve the process performance through a loss eradication mindset with the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) team’s evolution acting as a driver for this initiative.
- Technical degree or High School completed is a must. Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering is strongly desired.
- Minimum 1 year leading continuous improvement projects or teams. Nice to have experience managing people on the production floor.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office; SAP and Poka is a plus.
