The Machine Helper plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing process within the non-durable goods sector by ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. This position involves assisting machine operators with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. The Machine Helper contributes to quality control by monitoring equipment performance and reporting any irregularities or malfunctions promptly.

This role requires close collaboration with the production team to meet daily output targets while adhering to safety and operational standards. Ultimately, the Machine Helper helps sustain a productive manufacturing environment that supports the timely delivery of high-quality non-durable goods.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Assist machine operators in setting up and adjusting machinery for production runs.
• Monitor machine operations to detect and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines as required.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and equipment needs.
• Support quality control efforts by observing product output and reporting defects.

The required skills enable the Machine Helper to effectively assist in machine setup and operation, ensuring smooth production flow.
