• Examine specifications of the customer’s order using drawings, work orders or blueprints to determine the finished item characteristics, materials, and machine setup requirements.
• Fabricate work pieces according to work order specifications.
• Retrieve correct materials and perform various fabrication duties.
• Inspect work pieces visually, by touch, or using tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure the product meets standards.
• Package items for shipping and install protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Typically has 0‑2 years of experience.

• Strong math skills are a must.
• Self‑motivated.
• Willing to work the second shift (4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m. or until orders are filled Monday‑Thursday).
