This role ensures product quality and compliance with quality control standards within the manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Quality Inspector is responsible for examining products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications, conducting tests to determine product quality, and preparing reports on findings to facilitate the continuous improvement of production processes.

• Examine products and materials for defects.
• Conduct tests to determine product quality.
• Review and complete documentation on inspection and test findings.
• Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality standards.
• Maintain records of quality control measures.
• Train production staff on quality control procedures.
• Recommend improvements to production processes.
• Miscellaneous projects
• Some duties may vary slightly by location.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Related Field (Required)

• 1-3 years Minimum 2 yrs. experience in manufacturing or quality control (Preferred)
• Experience in a team-oriented working environment (Preferred)
