Welder​/Fitter; MIG and TIG

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter with experience in MIG and TIG welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of interpreting drawings, assembling parts, and performing high-quality welds.

Full Time, Contract to Hire

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Starts at $27.00 per hour

• Perform MIG welding and ideally TIG welding to assemble parts and components.
• Fit parts accurately from drawings and reference collections.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure correct assembly and welding.
• Inspect welds to meet quality and safety standards.

• Proven experience as a welder/fitter with strong MIG welding skills; TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Competence in accurately fitting parts according to specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Previous experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail.
