Position Purpose

Safely and efficiently operate powered industrial trucks and attachments while transporting materials within the facility.

Position Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality, 5S, and AMS standards
• Operate equipment safely to avoid harm or damage 60%
• Maintain powered industrial truck per daily checklist; report issues 10%
• Load, transport, and deposit materials as scheduled 10%
• Support production/warehousing operations; operate simple tools 5%
• Complete required documentation 5%
• Occasionally lift and carry materials using ergonomic techniques 5%
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor 5%

Minimum Qualification, Skill And/Or Competency Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak simple sentences
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions

Previous Powered Industrial Truck Experience Preferred

• Must pass written and practical PIV certification per OSHA and company policy
• Familiarity with American units of measurement
• Basic math (addition, subtraction, division)
• Problem‑solving and clear communication skills

Manufacturing Experience And Continuous Improvement Knowledge Preferred

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs; frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive motions
• Basic computer skills (Windows, keyboarding)

Pay Range

$19.55 - $23.47

• PROFIT SHARING:
  In 2025 Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
