SHIFT: 12 hours Rotating –

STARTING PAY RATE: $28.11

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Primary Crusher Operator operates the Hi-Cal crusher on a rotating shift.

• Perform pre-shift inspection of plant and conveyors.
• Perform daily greasing of plant and conveyors.
• And other duties as assigned by management.

• Safely complete other assigned training.
• Safely meet the supervisor’s standards of performance.
• Safely fill in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands.
• Safely replace or assist other workers as needed.
• Safely perform other tasks as assigned by supervision or designated lead person.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willing to work weekends and on call hours.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; willing and able to work rotating shifts.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit;

walk (including on uneven surfaces); climb stairs (multiple levels/floors) and ladders; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arm; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell; and is occasionally required to stand. Additionally, the job requires the employee to work on occasion at heights.
