Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Lead Associate for the Rocky Mount Model Line to support safe, efficient production and continuous improvement. The Team Leader will provide daily direction, coordinate materials and people, monitor safety, quality and productivity, and coach team members in problem solving and standard work.
Base pay ranges from $30 to $33 per hour, with full-time permanent status and 1st shift.
