You will ensure lead associates are trained and understand the processes, maintain records and inventory, comply with HACCP requirements, and coordinate planning and communication with other departments.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in the food industry with supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, HACCP certification, knowledge of USDA
