Helion Group in La Crosse, VA is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fitter to read blueprints, measure components, and fit beams and connection plates for assembly. You will tack weld assemblies to prepare for final welding and perform occasional flat-position MIG welding.
Day-one tests include a 3/8" flat weld test, vertical tack test, and a single-bead vertical test. This role offers full-time employment, competitive pay in the $30–$34/hour range, and comprehensive benefits.
