We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Welder / Fabrication Technician to join a growing team that serves more than 25 different industries. • 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Two paid 15-minute breaks

• Perform welding and fabrication work according to production specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including band saws and other shop machinery.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Assist with the assembly and preparation of industrial pump systems and related components.
• Support crating and packaging operations for shipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a visible, collaborative production environment.

• Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measuring devices and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Must be a rule follower with a safety-first mindset.
• Forklift experience is not required; training will be provided.
