Process Technician in Training

• Set up tooling, start molds, inspect first pieces, and transfer presses to the shift foreman for operator assignment
• Adjust process parameters and maintain process history logs
• Learn production scrap reporting and become familiar with materials and products
• Issue work orders for molds, presses, equipment, and safety
• Improve deflashing and assembly efficiency by ensuring quality incoming products
• Train operators on proper deflashing procedures and work instructions
• Learn to install EOAT's and program Robots
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Submit job card updates for process, material, and tooling improvements with Process Engineer and Shift Supervisor guidance
• Coordinate with the buyer to order process supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment and support company safety programs
• Understand all areas covered in the Skills Checklist
• Use computers, process logs, production reports, and various hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
