A sole role Marketing Manager position working for a rapidly growing commercial law firm. This is a full mix marketing role where you will couple delivery of the day to day marketing requirements with the ability to develop a coherent marketing strategy to meet the requirements of the Partnership.
This is a firm which, at its core, believes in offering the highest levels of service, delivered by every member of the team across every client touchpoint. Marketing is at the fore of this and has a huge part to play in creating the initial impression and maintaining the consistency of that through brand, communications, content, relationships and business development. This role will deliver on this promise across the spectrum of the full mix of legal marketing.
On and offline communications, including a high performing digital presence, delivering events and seminars, overseeing all BD and client relationship activity, creating engaging content, being the brand guardian. It's a bit cliched but no two days are the same with a hugely varied portfolio of work which requires someone who can bring high energy and enthusiasm and the ability to drive and motivate themselves.
You will need to have a proven capability in a similar role, being able to build relationships internally and influence decision making at partnership level. Experience working for a law firm is going to be important, if not crucial but wider professional services experience will be considered. Attention to detail, a willingness to get involved with all aspects of the role and the energy to push the business forwards through marketing excellence are all key requirements.
This role is working for a firm with big plans, a firm that has ambition to grow their client base, grow their turnover and at a fast rate. This role requires someone who can bring that same energy and ambition but who also realises that this doesn't happen overnight. There is a remit here to grow the team but not before they are ready for a team.
The role will develop into a head of position but only as the firm grows and requires it.
