We have been retained by a leading food & beverage manufacturer who is looking for a Corporate Controller!
The Corporate Controller will be a key member of the leadership team and will oversee critical accounting and financial reporting functions across the organization. This leader will provide oversight of cost accounting, inventory control, A/P, financial reporting, and the monthly close process while partnering closely with FP&A and operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing accounting expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- CPA or CMA
- Big Four audit experience at the Manager level
- 7+ years of accounting and finance leadership experience
- Strong manufacturing cost accounting and product costing experience
- Experience overseeing inventory control
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS financial reporting
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop accounting teams
- Experience with ERP systems;
Oracle/E1 experience is a plus
