Inventory Clerk

Haalufa USA, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer‑oriented professional to fill an Inventory Clerk Position in the DMV Area – District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. • Enters new assets into the inventory database;
  Assists in taking periodical inventory.
• Arranges and documents the transfer of any software or equipment.
• Maintains department requisition reports;
  Reviews changes in software inventory location and assignment and ensures proper paperwork is completed and filed and that personnel are notified.

• High School diploma or GED

• Four (4) years of experience to include identifying parts and components.
• In addition to tracking, restocking, data entry, and organizing skills, our client is looking for an Inventory Clerk who possesses soft skills such as attention to detail, problem‑solving, communication, and time management, plus technical skills in Excel and inventory software, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and supporting customer satisfaction, both are preferred, but not essential.

Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty‑seven and one‑half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one‑half hour unpaid lunch break.

Overtime:
Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week are considered overtime work; all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
