SummaryGoldbelt Apex is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide office automation expertise. This person will assist with creating records, compiling reports, gathering and processing data, scheduling, coordinating, and tracking various data sets and office functions. Main responsibilities include receiving travel expense reports and inputting records into Costpoint Deltek and performing quality control on all correspondence.
Responsibilities- Provide office automation expertise, create records, compile reports, gather, process, and analyze data.
- Assist with travel coordination and communication with third‑party travel company Safe Harbors when needed.
- Assist Program Manager(s) with all credit card and expense report management.
- Work with travelers to gather all receipts for travel and input into Costpoint Deltek.
- Create one PDF file and organize it for easy review and approval within Costpoint Deltek.
- Schedule, coordinate, and track various data sets and office functions correlating to expense reports and invoices.
- Provide general back‑office support to corporate staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Critical thinking skills along with sound judgment and decision‑making abilities.
- Detail‑oriented and proficient in Excel.
- Demonstrated error‑free work.
- Ability to resolve problems and set priorities.
- Flexibility/adaptability to a changing and unpredictable workflow.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Associate degree or 2‑3 years of administrative services experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense, a plus.
