Responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties primarily supporting our New Truck and Trailer Sales team (Sales Manager and the Sales Representatives).
- Documents & Tasks
:
Prepare, process, and proof all sales related documents, including sales orders, invoices, registration, and other documents associated with the sales transactions. - Data & Inventory Processing
:
Accurately enter and update truck or trailer and customer information in the business operating system. Able to track and manage truck and trailer inventory, coordinate, and input deal information in every step of the process. - Customer & Team Support
:
Able to support the Salesdepartment and Sales Administration team with any specific step or the complete process to support the sales process. - Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all transactions and documentscomply withstate laws and manufacturer requirements,submittingnecessary documentation (i.e., warranty documents, title work,ultimatelypects of a truck or trailer sales deal) for the appropriate party. Generate sales reports and track performance metrics for the management team to review. Able to produce documentation for the DMV, ourmanufacturerand all other documentation that supports the truck or trailer sales transaction.
