Fast‑paced automotive detail shop looking for Detail Specialists. The role requires excellent customer service, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

• Wash, wax, buff, vacuum, and detail interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Use cleaning solutions, fillers, paints, and chemicals to protect surfaces and prevent stains.
• Remove engine compartment grease and use air compressors, cloths, and buffing machines as needed.
• Handle multiple vehicles throughout the shift and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Own the customer experience—respond promptly to inquiries and complaints, apply solutions, and ensure all customers leave satisfied.

• Physically demanding: bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), squatting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Outdoor work and varying climates possible.
• Frequent communication with team members and customers.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Quick learner, strong teamwork, and ability to read instructions.
• Careful attention to detail and quality inspection of own and others’ work.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
• Experience:
  
  Detail Specialist 1 (some experience) or Detail Specialist 2 (2+ years).

Flat rate per job.
