Responsibilities Client Service and Investor Relations- Creates reports for investors and prospects, including data updates, graphics, production, and compliance adherence.
- Develops written responses to RFPs and other communications.
- Interacts with investors on meetings, requests for information, quarterly reports, and other assistance.
- Uses Excel, PowerPoint, and design capabilities to report on portfolio and exposures; collaborates with all departments on content and graphics for materials.
- Manages investor web portal, monitoring usage and improving functionality.
- Identifies ways to use new technology to enhance the client service experience.
- Proactively identifies and executes ways to improve client service, processes, and communications.
- Creates internal reports for the team and/or clients, including physical copies.
- Responds to and proactively develops strong relationships with investors and team.
- Tracks and follows up on communications with investors and prospects.
- Conducts research and analysis on investors and prospects as well as meeting preparation and follow‑up.
- Tracks important monthly/quarterly financial documents, client presentations, and contact information in database to ensure historical data and documentation of all work.
- Researches, adds, and maintains current information for investors, prospects, and managers in the system.
- Analyzes report findings to develop improvements to client service, communications, and business development.
- Helps plan and coordinate annual investors' meeting.
- Communicates with speakers and attendees of events regarding details and attendance.
- Organizes ad hoc events throughout the year for board of directors, investors, and educational opportunities as needed.
- Supports development of presentations for events, adhering to Spider Management guidelines and compliance procedures.
- Upgrades and manages external website to enhance usefulness, functionality, and visibility of the team.
- Promotes and enhances Spider Management branding and ensures consistency across all communications.
- Manages, supports, or lends guidance to special projects, which may include research, project management, note taking, design, vendor management, technology enhancement, community relations, and volunteerism.
- Ability to manage and advance multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time.

- 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.
- Salesforce experience a plus.
- Contact management and investment industry knowledge preferred.
- Experience managing a client reporting process.
- Investor relations, financial, asset management, or professional services marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Environment – First six months in the office five days a week; after that hybrid arrangement with minimum three days in the office per week.
- Essential physical requirements – Standing, sitting, typing, and must lift 20 lbs.
- Some local travel required.
38.75 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
