Join DoiT’s Business Operations team as a Commissions Analyst. The role will manage, analyze, and optimize sales compensation processes from end‑to‑end.
LocationRemote in the United States, ideally in the Eastern US or the United Kingdom.

The OpportunityWe’re looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Commissions Analyst.
Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end commission calculation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all sales incentive payouts.
- Maintain and optimize commission workflows within Captivate
IQ or similar platforms. - Perform detailed reconciliations between Salesforce and related data, compensation plans, and payout reports.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and People Operations to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with compensation policies.
- Distribute and track new hire MBO Plans.
- Leverage Salesforce, Google Sheets, and BI tools to extract and analyze sales performance data.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance and compensation trends.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Streamline commission processes using automation and advanced analytics.
- Support the development, communication, and implementation of new commission structures and plans.
- Partner with other Business Operations members to optimize data flow between Salesforce, Captivate
IQ, Big Query, and other systems. - Ensure all commission calculations adhere to documented compensation plans and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commissions, financial analysis, or revenue operations.
- Proficiency with Captivate
IQ or equivalent commission management software (e.g., Xactly, Spiff). - Strong Salesforce skills – ability to query, extract, and analyze data.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities; able to work with large datasets. li>High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Experience with sales compensation design or modeling.
- Familiarity with CRM‑to‑commission tool integrations.
- Strong background in SaaS or Cloud business models and metrics.
