Position: Full Time, Household Manager, Live Out, Nanny
A D.C. area family of five needs to hire a Nanny/ House Manager to care for their three children (elementary through high school age) and to assist in ensuring their home runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
maintaining family & household calendars, transporting the children to/from school & activities/sports, homework assistance, ensuring children stay on task & schedule, staying overnight if the parents are away, snacks & meals for the children, running household errands, handling household ordering, organization & light upkeep or laundry, scheduling appointments for children & household-related needs, pet care, and any ad hoc tasks. The Nanny/ Household Manager must be highly organized, intelligent, able to multi-task, and assist with multiple facets of the household.
They must have their own reliable vehicle with a clean driving record. Schedule is Monday to Friday. During the school year, the work day usually starts around 7:30am, with a break during the day, and can end around 7:30pm, with flexibility needed for sports practices. Summers, schedule is 8am to 6pm. Salary range: $80,000-$90,000, with full corporate benefits. Immediate start.
