Base Pay Range$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr
The Role- Lead cost estimating and bid preparation for mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Perform detailed takeoffs and source vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Coordinate bid schedules and support design‑build preconstruction efforts.
- Mechanical construction or HVAC industry experience.
- Looking for a long‑term contract position.
- Based locally in Newport News or happy to relocate for the duration of the project.
