A nationally recognized general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up data center and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a results‑driven field leader who thrives in high‑performance environments where safety, schedule, and coordination are everything.

As the lead superintendent, you’ll oversee every phase of on‑site delivery—from mobilization through commissioning—on fast‑paced, technically demanding builds. You’ll coordinate with trade partners, manage daily execution, and drive the field team to deliver operationally ready facilities under aggressive timelines.

• Manage all jobsite activities for complex, MEP‑heavy data centers from excavation through turnover. Deep MEP knowledge required.
• Coordinate field operations across trades, vendors, and internal teams to maintain progress and site safety.
• Lead daily meetings, enforce schedule compliance, and implement quality assurance protocols.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of power, mechanical, and life‑safety systems.
• Serve as the primary site liaison for owners, consultants, and project leadership.
• Mentor assistant supervisors and uphold high‑performance expectations across the field team.

• 10+ years of field supervision experience on large commercial or mission‑critical construction projects.
• Must have led at least one hyperscale data center or high‑tech industrial build through full completion.
• Strong knowledge of MEP system integration, trade sequencing, and commissioning workflows.
• Proven ability to manage fast‑track, multi‑phase schedules in excess of $100M.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar).
• Willing to travel full‑time for project‑based assignments (per diem + housing provided).
