#twiceasnice Recruiting – Our client, a national home‑services brand with strong local reviews, is looking for a driven, detail‑oriented Project Supervisor to join their team in Midlothian, VA. You’ll oversee daily field operations for all commercial and residential projects – coordinating crews/subcontractors, confirming materials, and keeping work on schedule and to customer specification – while communicating updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring project delivery and an excellent customer experience.
Expect a fast‑paced, site‑heavy role with professional processes, growth potential, and some evenings/weekends to meet project timelines.
Pay Range: $45,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Job Type: Full‑time | Field‑based work, 10% in office for meetings
Typical

Monday‑Friday, occasional evenings or weekends

Travel: Local job sites; day trips as needed, utilizing company vehicle

Responsibilities- Work with customers to confirm details on scope of work for all new jobs
- Partner with commercial and residential sales teams to coordinate new jobs to completion
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, internal teams and contractors
- Coach project supervisors to drive performance and accountability
- Conduct site inspections for safety, workmanship quality, and progress
- Lead safety meetings and training, promote site safety, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
- Track and manage labor hours and material costs
- Deliver a standout customer experience on every project
- Experience supervising field‑based crews required
- Experience in a customer‑facing role required
- Experience or familiarity with construction/building trades required
- Basic computer proficiency required
